Lee Lures Flap Tail Review
Fishing highly pressured waters such as the Madison Chain can prove difficult at times. This is especially true when chasing trophy muskies. Generally speaking, using a lure or presentation that is different than anything the fish have seen before can be the key to success when other presentations aren't producing as well. In this product review we will be looking at the Lee Lures Flap Tail. This bait has been producing LOTS of fish on the Madison Chain and given its design a

Madison, WI Fishing Report
The bite continues to be holding in warm, shallow water around Madison. Live bait, particularly crappie minnows have been producing larger fish, however wax worms and Gulp have also been working well on small jigs. With hundreds of models on the market, it can be somewhat overwhelming trying to figur

Madison, WI Beer Happenings: April
There is a new bar called the Robin Room at 821 E Johnson. They have only been open a month and although their main focus is on (very delicious) craft cocktails, they do a have a good tap list. They even had Zombie Dust earlier this week! It’s in the stretch between Salvatore’s and Forequarter, next to The Spot. Look for an unassuming door with RR on it. Forequarter (one of my all-time favorite breweries Perennial Artisan Ales out of St Louis) will be doing a tap takeover her
